Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the AZE application and related services (the "Service") provided by AZE ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

AZE is an AI-powered English language assessment platform that provides diagnostic and certified proficiency evaluations. The Service includes, but is not limited to, language assessments, result delivery, certificate generation, and certificate verification.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Assessment Conduct

When using the Service for assessments, you agree to complete all assessments independently and without unauthorized assistance, not use any tools, devices, or third-party services to gain an unfair advantage, not record, reproduce, distribute, or disclose assessment content, and comply with all applicable proctoring requirements.

Violation of these conditions may result in invalidation of results, certificate revocation, or account suspension or termination.

Payments

Certain features of the Service require payment. All fees are stated at the time of purchase and are processed through third-party payment providers. All purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued. Unused assessments may be subject to expiration as indicated at the time of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, technology, and intellectual property within the Service, including but not limited to assessment content, scoring algorithms, software, trademarks, and design elements, are owned by or licensed to AZE and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Certificates

Certificates issued through the Service reflect the results of your assessment at the time of completion. We do not guarantee acceptance of certificates by any institution, employer, or third party. Certificate validity periods, where applicable, are stated on the certificate itself.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AZE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, through in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
